Shipping and Delivery

At this time, KENDOLL MADE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, KENDOLL MADE ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. KENDOLL MADE is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

KENDOLL MADEcharges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

Since most of our items are personalized we currently cannot issue refunds or accept exchanges once the item has shipped.

If you have purchased an item that is generic and are unhappy with it you can either contact us and we can work something out or you can simply return the item and we will issue a refund on the item itself (shipping charges cannot be refunded).

Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Items

We ship all purchases USPS unless instructed otherwise. We wish we could personally hand deliver every package to insure it makes it to its destination in tact and on time. Unfortunately, that is not humanly possible so we rely on USPS to do that for us. Sometimes packages are lost, stolen, or damaged. It is a rare occasion that happens but please know it frustrates us just as much as it frustrates you. Please know we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please message us though if this has happened to you and we can try to work with you to help resolve the issue.

PLEASE NOTE: We want every customer to feel like you have had exceptional service! If you are dissatisfied in anyway please let us know (via the contact page or email: kendollmade@yahoo.com) as we would love to try to fix whatever issue there might be.  KENDOLL MADE reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
