Shipping and Delivery Policy
KendollMade currently ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed in the order they are received. As most of our items are personalized and made to order, processing typically takes 3-5 business days before the order is shipped. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays and may vary depending on order volume. While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be extended during peak seasons. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Carriers and Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified at checkout. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. KendollMade is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been transferred to the carrier. Any claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. KendollMade is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, once an order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee how it will be handled by the shipping carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or provide instructions on how to file a claim with the carrier.
Delivery Delays
Once an order is shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are beyond our control. Delays may occur due to inclement weather, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. KendollMade is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier and will not issue refunds for delays outside our control.
Policy Changes
KendollMade reserves the right to modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the revised policy is published.
