Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we are unable to issue refunds or accept exchanges once an item has shipped.
For non-personalized items, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to discuss potential resolutions. Alternatively, you may return the item, and we will issue a refund for the product price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for providing a valid tracking number for the return shipment. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. If the item is damaged upon return, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. While we take great care in packaging and shipping our products, we cannot guarantee delivery times or conditions once the package is in transit. KendollMade is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
